A board consisting of at least three representatives manages the investment cooperative. The group of investors inside the investment cooperative will choose two out of the three representatives. The third representative will always be the entrepreneur.
The board of the investment cooperative exists mainly to protect the interests of investors, to organize and supervise voting and to ensure proper provision of information to other investors. The last "task" of the board is to add the entrepreneur to the board, so they are in a position to provide the right information at the right time. This way, an optimal sharing of knowledge can be realized, and investors and entrepreneur can really undertake together.
